Please visit our contact us page and notify us of your desire to return or exchange. We will be able to provide more details about what we can do for you based on the situation. By default we will refer you to our return policy but do make exceptions at times depending on the situation.

Policy: We do our best to provide good photos and descriptions but if for some reason you are unhappy with the item, we accept returns within 15 days of confirmed delivery. After 15 days we will assume that you are happy with your purchase and do not accept returns after 15 days of confirmed delivery. Please still contact us if you have a problem and maybe we can resolve the issue but as a policy we do not accept returns after 15 days.
If an item is received damaged by USPS or FedEx we will ask for a photo of the damage and provide a refund or new item upon confirmation of damage. In most cases we do not need the item returned and will ask you to dispose of the item.
If the package seems to have been lost by USPS or FedEx please contact us and we will make a phone call to the shipping carrier finding out what might have happened. If the carrier has lost the package we will provide a refund or new item.
If you receive the item and change your mind about wanting the sign we do ask that you contact us and we can set-up a return and refund but request that you pay the return shipping cost.
